Terms and Conditions for Tutors

By accepting to utilize our services as a tutor, you agree to these terms and services:

1.      Service description:

we provide consultancy services to home tutors of KG to PG residing Hyderabad Secunderabad and all over Telangana and anywhere in the world for online classes.

Our portal http://www.hometuitionskg2pg.com is a digital platform for tutors to find home tuition jobs.

2.      Scope of services:

1. we provide home tuition services to all the classes starting from kg to pg in all streams of knowledge like science, arts, commerce, languages etc. of any board like state, national or international as SSC, CBSE, ICSE, BIE, IB, IGCSE, NIOS, DAV etc. and any university of any mode like regular, distance or online etc depending on the availability of tutors.

2. Geographically our focus is on greater Hyderabad and surrounding areas i.e. one hundred km radius in and around Hyderabad. We also provide services in all the major cities of Telangana state.

3.  Any individual tutors, institute, schools or colleges belonging to the above mentioned areas can utilize our services.

3.      Payment terms:

We do not charge any registration fees, commission service charges or percentage of first month fees etc. from tutors.

a.   Tutors can simply search the suitable tuitions and get the full details by paying the prescribed amount. Approach the student. Negotiate on important issues and start the tuition.

b.     Amount once paid is neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.

c.      We do not decide your fees. It’s a matter between tutor and student/parent.

d.     You pay to us for getting information not for selection. Selection solely depends on your performance and student/patents criteria.

e.     In spite of thorough verification some 10% of students/parents might be non serious, non responsive or ever changing their mind about hiring a home tutor. Or they may hire the tutor from some other consultancy by the time you approach. Tutor should consider such situation as a normal practice. Can search for the new tuition jobs and get going without demanding for the refund of money because we too spend money and efforts on such tuitions. 

f.       Tutors can get unlimited number of tuitions with life time validity.

4.      Eligibility criteria: following are the eligibility criteria for utilizing our services.

Age: Those who have attained the age of 18 years can avail our services. Home tuitions involve financial transactions and responsibility of punctuality and accountability of student’s results. So, a tutor must be a major and mature enough to handle the tuition.

Gender: Both Male and Female tutors can avail our services. Students/parents specify the gender of the tutor for them at the time of enrollment. Consider this factor at the time of selecting the tuition.

Area: Tutor must be a resident of nearby areas of students place with easy access with punctuality. If it is an on-line mode of teaching, you can be anywhere in the world.

Education: Parents usually prefer qualified, experienced tutors with good communication and teaching skills. They prefer result oriented personalized teaching. Teacher’s eligibility criteria followed in schools and colleges is standard for home tuitions also.  

5.        Code of conduct: we believe in mutual trust, faith and moral behavior. We expect the same from our tutors.

1.            Take the tuition only when you are serious about joining a home tutor job.

2.            Respond to the students as soon as get details from us. And give demo.

3.            Negotiate about every aspect such as Fees, Timings, Duration, Working days, Holidays, Mode of tuition, etc. with students/parents. Please note that we do not have any role in these matters.

4.            Deal with respect and dignity with students. Especially in case of Female students you must be very decent.

5.            Make sure to conduct the home tuition classes under parent’s surveillance and supervision to avoid any unwanted things.

6.            Tutors are not our employees or representatives. You are just our clients who take tuition information from us.  

7.            Collect the students/parents Identity proof for safety and security purpose.

8.            We do not have any responsibility in case of any dispute any conflict of any kind between tutor and student/parent.

6.      Liability:

a.       Since we provide our service free of registration fees or commission to the tutors, we are not liable for any financial losses as such.

b.      We are not liable for any loss of any kind occur due to negligence, miss understanding or miss trust or miss behavior of both the parties.

7.      Service termination:

Usually we do not terminate our services. Tutors are free to get unlimited number of tuitions. But if we find misuse of our platform we may terminate our services.

8.      Dispute resolution:

a.       Since our duty is to share the information of tuition needs of students with interested tutors and rest of the things must be handled by the students and tutors in their individual capacity on their mutual understanding. We do not have any role to play in the successive activities. So we are no way concerned with any dispute or conflict between student and tutor.

b.      If any issue of the nature where any dispute arises between tutors and us, it can be resolved with proper communication with our concerned department.

9.      Confidentiality:

a.       We acknowledge the importance, sensitivity and confidentiality of your information. We never share your personal information in public domain.  

b.      When you collect the student’s information, it is your responsibility to maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of the same. If you misuse the data you are personally responsible for it.

10.  Legal jurisdiction:

a.      We are an educational consultancy situated, operated and managed from Hyderabad, Telangana India. We are abiding by all the laws applicable to an educational consultancy. Any disputes or legal issues can be resolved within the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana only.
