Terms and Conditions for Students

By submitting your request to utilize our services as a student / parent, you agree to these terms and services:

1.      Service description: we provide consultancy services to home tutors and students of KG to PG RESIDING IN Hyderabad Secunderabad and all over Telangana.

Our portal http://www.hometuitionskg2pg.com is a digital platform for students and tutors to find each other.

2.      Scope of services:

a.      we provide home tuition services to all the classes starting from kg to pg in all streams of knowledge like science, arts, commerce, languages etc. of any board like state, national or international as SSC, CBSE, ICSE, BIE, IB, IGCSE, NIOS, DAV etc. and any university of any mode like regular, distance or online etc depending on the availability of tutors.

b.      Geographically our focus is on greater Hyderabad and surrounding areas i.e. one hundred km radius in and around Hyderabad. We also provide services in all the major cities of Telangana state.

c.       Any individual, institute, schools or colleges belonging to the above mentioned areas can utilize our services by enrolling as students.

3.      Payment terms: Its free service for students. We do not charge any registration fees, commission, service charges or percentage of first month fees etc. we provide our free services to students on the following conditions.

a.      Usually it takes 15-20 days for us to find a perfect tutor for you.

b.      Student/parent must give this much time to us. We send some tutors for selection.

c.       When our tutors approach you, give them appointment for demo class.

d.      Take the demo of all tutors who contact you.

e.      If satisfied with tutors teaching, negotiate about fees timings etc. and select.

f.        If not satisfied, firmly inform the tutor about your disagreement in a professional way.

g.      Do not reject any tutor without demo class.

h.       Do not tell any tutor who approaches during these 15-20 days period that "we have already selected a tutor" "Still we are thinking" or "cancelled" etc..

i.         If we find any students request is a non serious or irresponsible, we out rightly remove their data from our portal without any intimation. And do not accept their request in future.

  4.      Eligibility criteria: following are the eligibility criteria for utilizing our services.

a.      Age: there is no upper limit or lower limit for students. The students who have attained the age of 18 years can directly avail our services. But in case of minor students we strongly recommend parents or elders supervision.

b.      Gender: Both Male and Female students can avail our services. We provide a chance to specify the gender of the tutor for you at the time of enrollment.

c.       Area: You must be a resident of Hyderabad city and 100 km surroundings or a district headquarters city of Telangana state to avail our services. If it is an on-line mode of teaching, you can be anywhere in the world.

d.      Education: we provide home tuitions for any class, any subject, any board, any university etc. depending on the availability of tutors according to your request.

5.        Code of conduct: we believe in mutual trust, faith and moral behavior. We expect the same from our students/parents. Please enroll with us only when you are serious about hiring a home tutor. We and our tutors have to put a lot of efforts spend money in the process of providing home tutors to you. If you are non serious or irresponsible, all our efforts will go in vain.

a.      Please note that usually home tutors fees is more when compare to fees of school or tutorial because of intensive, result oriented, personal focus and time and transportation charges of tutors.

b.      Enroll only when you are serious about hiring a home tutor and ready to afford tutors fees.

c.       Respond to the tutors calls respectfully and with courtesy. Take every tutors demo.

d.      Negotiate about every aspect such as Fees, Timings, Duration, Working days, Holidays, Mode of tuition, etc. with tutors. We do not have any role in these matters.

e.      Treat the tutors with respect and dignity. Especially in case of Female home tutors, their safety and security in your home tuition is your responsibility.

f.        Make sure to conduct the home tuition classes under your surveillance and supervision to avoid any unwanted things to happen.

g.      Tutors are not our employees or representatives. They are just our clients who take tuition information from us. We cannot share any personal or professional information of tutors with you. It is your responsibility to collect their details as required.

h.      Collect the tutors Identity proof for safety and security purpose.

i.        We do not have any responsibility in case of any dispute any conflict of any kind between tutor and student/parent.

6.      Liability:

a.      Since we provide our service free of charge to the students, we are not liable for any financial losses as such. But if a student/parent enrolls by accepting our T&C then do not follow the rules or behaves irresponsibly, it will lead to financial losses for us. We have legal right to hold such people liable for our losses and claim legal help and demand for the compensation under the various sections of IPC. (We possess the screen shot as evidence of your acceptance of our T&C at the time of submitting the form).

b.      We are not liable for any loss of any kind occur due to negligence, miss understanding or miss trust or miss behavior of both the parties.

7.      Service termination:

a.      Usually we do not terminate our services. Students are free to post unlimited number of enrollments with genuine and true information. But if we find misuse of our platform or posting any non serious and false information or student/parent reject the tutor without demo we can terminate our services without notice or intimation.

8.      Dispute resolution:

a.      Since our duty is to share the information of tuition needs of students with interested tutors and rest of the things must be handled by the students and tutors in their individual capacity on their mutual understanding. We do not have any role to play in the successive activities. So we are no way concerned with any dispute or conflict between student and tutor.

b.      If any issue of the nature where any dispute arises between student and us, it can be resolved with proper communication with our concerned department.

9.      Confidentiality:

a.      We acknowledge the importance, sensitivity and confidentiality of your personal information you share with us. We never share your personal information in public domain. We give your “full details” only to the interested and dedicated tutors.

b.      When you collect the tutor’s information, it is your responsibility to maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of the same. If you misuse the data you are personally responsible for it. If tutor misused your data he/ she shall be held responsible for it. We do not have any role in either case.

10.  Legal jurisdiction:

a.      We are an educational consultancy situated, operated and managed from Hyderabad, Telangana. We are abiding by all the laws applicable to an educational consultancy. Any disputes or legal issues can be resolved within the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana only.
